- On April 29, 2007, 20 aesthetic medicine doctors founded the Yeongnam Aesthetic Plastic Forum (YAF) at the KBS Clinic in Busan, and Kyoung-Jin Kang, Jong-Ki Lee were elected as the first co-representatives.

- Kyoung-Jin Kang (June 2008 - May 2009) was elected as the second representative.
- On March 15, 2008, the Seoul Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Forum (SAF) was established, including the Jeolla area, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seoul.
- On May 25, 2008, Yeongnam and Seoul were merged and renamed the Korea Cosmetic Surgery Forum.

- On April 21, 2009, the Korea Aesthetic Plastic Forum was re-established as a corporation, and Kyoung-Jin Kang was elected as the first chairman as the founder.
- On June 24, 2009, the Honam Cosmetic Surgery Forum was established in South Jeolla Province.
- Jun-tae Ahn was elected as the 3rd president (June to December 2009).
